You’re free to come and go as you please, as often as you like and at any time of the year – including during expensive school holidays – without the hassle of booking or planning. You can just pack, and go.

Your holiday home is a retreat from the stresses of daily life, a place to relax and recharge your batteries. If it’s gloriously hot days and no rain you’re looking for, then Norfolk is the answer – it’s the combined driest and sunniest county in the UK. Great weather for exploring what North Norfolk, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, has to offer. Take a walk along the Norfolk Coast Path to see the earliest evidence of humans in Britain, or visit the Victorian seaside resort of Cromer, both are only a short distance away. The park itself has a host of on-site facilities: a luxury leisure club with indoor swimming pool, state-of-the-art gym, sauna, steam room and spa pool, a clubhouse with a restaurant and bar that’s open seven days a week, and a fully-stocked fishing lake. Whether you’d like to spend your leisure time taking a peaceful walk in the woodlands, exploring the local beaches or relaxing in the pool on site, Woodland Park offers a real escape from routine.

A holiday home should be exactly that – a home away from home. Our homes are meticulously designed to feel homely and comfortable, with every detail taken care of. All of our homes feature double glazing and central heating as standard, and have spacious living areas to relax in. Bedrooms have plenty of storage thanks to walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms and you’ll love the modern appliances throughout.

To help you move into your new holiday home without any additional outlay, the price listed also includes the timber decking, interiors and furniture as well as connection charges, your first gas bottles and a digital TV aerial. You’ll also have access to our high-speed broadband service. As with any other home, ongoing costs include utility bills, insurance and a ground rent fee which goes towards the maintenance of the park.

Woodland Park has a 46-week season during which you’re welcome to stay in your home as much as you’d like. This includes Christmas, New Year and all other holiday periods. We’re closed to home owners from the 2nd of January until mid-February. As we’re not a residential park, all holiday home owners must have a permanent main address elsewhere.

At Woodland Park, we don’t allow sub-letting. This is to ensure that our owners receive a quality, familiar and consistent experience every time they come. Friends and family are welcome to use your home at your discretion.
