How does static caravan ownership work?
If you're looking at static caravans for sale in Norfolk, but aren't completely sure how the process works, we've set out the key steps to take:
Step one
Choose the holiday park that suits you and your lifestyle. Perhaps you want buzzy entertainment, or maybe you prefer peace and quiet. You might prioritise on-site facilities such as a restaurant and leisure club. It’s important to tour the parks you like to find out what’s there and get a feel for the community.

Next, it’s time to choose the plot you’d like. Discuss what sort of plot you’d prefer with the sales team (in a quiet corner? In a shady spot? Near the clubhouse?) and see what’s available.
Step three
